Cancellation Policy
All bookings are not confirmed until deposit is paid!! When your booking is received you will be contacted regarding a deposit and any question you have can be answered, once deposit has been paid, confirmation will be sent out and booking is confirmed. ALL BOTOX/LIP FILLER require consultation and consent before treatment! To cancel or rebook please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled time. If £30 Massage deposit or 50$ beauty/aesthetics deposit has been paid, this will go towards a future appointment. If you are more the 15 minutes late, this will result in your appointment being cancelled. You will lose your deposit also.
